I make a ludicrous amount of mistakes that end up costing me lots and lots of time, so it's not really that fast yet. I clocked in at about 27:40, from choosing my first trait to the big explosion at the end.
My big mistakes are:
Going to hell's arena (But it probably saved a bit of time thanks to the rocket launcher, so I might go here in my "Real" speedrun.)
Picking up FAR too much 10mm ammo
Going to hell's armory
Only skipping a few levels, even when I had enough equipment to win the rest of the game.
Over-valuing experience. All the time I spent farming monsters was basically wasted.
Oh, and the mortem... I guess.
