Taking the Wall seemed like a serious risk, but I managed to pull through with a few rockets and my (unmodified normal) shotgun. Sidestepping and running helped a lot so I wasn't hit most of the time there, and thanks to taking Shottyman so soon I could keep on firing without stopping to reload.
The AM was seriously threatened when I landed between a mancubus, a revenant and a baron, but two phase devices brought me out of their reach and placed me in a room with a shiny white inv globe in it (and one step from a large lava field, gulp)
I wouldn't have risked the lair normally, but I found another inv globe just beside the entrance so it was actually a milk run.
Cybie was a bit too tough though, partly because I didn't have enough medkits left when I got to him. When it became obvious I wouldn't make it I started up the nuke.
