Before him 180 brave souls have ventured into Phobos:

And 6 couldn't handle the stress and committed a stupid suicide.
Some rumours though, say that the Cyberdemon was killed already!
Is he immortal? 16 souls claim to have killed him...
3 sacrificed itself for the good of mankind.

...and I am rather disappointed.
Fireangel is nowhere as fun as I had hoped. I had about 40 rockets after clearing the wall (I went there for the backpack, but I forgot it doesn't work on AoP -_-), and I was expecting to blow up everything for the rest of the game. But, while you don't take damage from explosions, your armor does, and it gets wrecked pretty fast if you shoot too much at close range. And rockets deplete fast when you're in a shooting spree. When I reached Hell I had about 20 rockets so I had to conserve ammo for Phobos Arena.
And the Cybie fight was tough. For some reason I still took damage from his rockets that blew up next to me, even though they didn't hit me directly. Because of that I almost didn't make it, at some point I thought I'd die and I fired up the thermonuclear bomb. Then I started firing rockets at point blank range and expected him to beat me up to a pulp, but he died first, lol
Anyway, I'm not bothering with this trait again.
