I used to copy my save file to a safe place and copy it back when i died. It may seem lame, but I think that it gives a kind of different gaming experience. Look! Halls of carnage 3 times! ;) You can sorta... Identify with the character. ;P Feels even more realistic than playing original Doom. :)
