Take a look at my inventory. What do you see missing?
For utter lack of any ammo/former humans/former captions I had to just run to the stairs the last 3 or so levels, frustratingly close to getting Whizkid. I entered Hellgate with a full 512 ammo and it just slowly dwindled down from there. No invincibility globes either.

Accuracy seems to be significantly lower from what I've seen. I typically missed about 40% of my shots from only 3-4 squares away. Eventually I started counting on shots missing in order to hit barrels behind distant enemies - and this strategy worked every time. Is there some accuracy penalty for dualgunners now? Or did the RNG just decide to punish me for my previous luck in loot for AoMr?

I'd go with the RNG trying to punish you.

But then again, folks who use 10mm ammunition tend to have some problems in Hell.  The trick might be to pick your battles carefully.

I have noticed, seems like pistols are less accurate than before. At least that's how it seems to me.
Also, at first I thought you were referring to how you have no Unique. I've noticed that too, Uniques are FAR more rare now, and Exotics tend to randomly generate maybe a little less often than Uniques DID, as far as I have seen in games.

I was intending to make this a 100% kill run, so there wasn't too much choice in picking my battles. I made a mistake in entering the Unholy Cathedral though - I just have a habit of entering every red > I see and forgot to skip that one.
I think only one unique actually spawned. There were more exotics than you see in my inventory, I just didn't pick them all up.
