AoMC, walked in the Mortuary with invincibility and Trigun, nuked the level with Trigun's special reload, got the Angelic Armor, walked away. After completion I only got Reaper Silver Medal and not Reaper Gold. Bug/feature?..

Feature - AFAIR in the current version there is badge getting prevention for nuked levels. Now you can't nuke the UC, Mort, The Wall etc. to get the corresponding badge.
