So this was my first decent AoB attempt - haven't actually finished the normal game on Medium yet but had one that I'm sure was going to, just got careless. Kind of like what happened here... powered up nicely, I decided to go to the Unholy Cathedral. My "good" normal HNTR went there, but was quite shocked at the power of that angel and had to flee. This time I used an envirosuit and lots of running and medpacks to lead him through the lava (saw that on the wiki after my last encounter, I often look stuff up after I fail at it) - had planned to cut him up but he just hit me too hard, down from 200% to 150 or 130 in one hit! after getting the lance, I saw the staircase to that place full of lost souls - figured that would be some easy Vampyring to heal back up! Decided to win the level to gain XP and look for more items, so I was moving a barrel out of the way when an imp saw it... explosion into barrel into lava. Why so careless...
Oh, one reason the percentage is so low was the visit to the Wall. had a phase device + homing phase, but the phase didn't put me through. I think I killed everything everywhere else .. though often taking cover behind one enemy so that the guy behind him shoots him. Hall of Carnage was similar, cleared the first area but had no way through the doors ... is it possible to get the sergeants to shotgun them open? seems unlikely.
