Enemies on all difficulty levels respawn like N! (perhaps slower on lower ones, perhaps not)
whenever an enemy is revived it gets a promotion to the next enemy.
define next enemy either within class (human-sarge-captain-commando ; knight-baron-bruiser-Cyber; soul-demon-cacodemon-PE; arach-revenant-mancubus-vile) or by experience value, breaking ties with the name. would have to do something about the corpseless enemies.

I would totally play a challenge mode with potential cyberdemons on floor three. Come on, you could totally abuse formers to load yourself up with plasma cells and kick his butt around corners. :D

Bullets go dun what? Numbers are for nerds, not tough guys like you! I hope you didn't need to keep track of your health, exp, durability, ammo, floor level, thermonuclear countdowns ...

when the rocket hits something it either reflects like a ray or explodes for maybe 8d8, slightly larger radius also.
