Cannot cock plasmatic combat shotgun

Was forced to plasmify combat shotty instead of double shotty because I couldn't find an unmodded double shotty in time. Was horrified to discover that attempting to pump a new round resulted in 'This weapon cannot be manually reloaded'. The only way to fire again was to actually move somewhere. This bug ended up killing me in the end. Please crush it with prejudice thanks.

edit - seems like this is probably an issue with nano-modded combat shotties in general, not specifically plasmatic.

Not sure if this is a bug, since the inability for manual reload is a feature of the nano modpack.

BTW, did it also regenerate ammo when you stayed put for one turn, and actually didn't require moving?

It certainly sounds like a bug, since being unable to explicitly pump a combat shotty nerfs its RoF.

I believe it should be a bug, if it is currently not exactly a bug. Pointing the Godhand in this direction.
