StartDifficulty setting does not work for challenge games

Like the topic says: the StartDifficulty set in the ini is ignored when you start a challenge game (StartTrait  works though).
Another side effect is that if you have set a StartDifficulty and press ESC during the difficulty selection screen of the challenge (which takes you back into the main menue) and start a new (normal) game you also get the difficulty selection screen.
This bug exists in 0.9.8.5 and in the current beta.
