I vote for BerserkRL. Yeah, all others could be interesting, and all that, but it's been a long time since Berserk was in the spotlight, and in my honest opinion, shouldn't be left in the dark.

While last release of DiabloRl and AliensRL was about a year before, the release of BerserkRL was much earlier. And this game has more potential to be different from "classiacal" roguelikes.
