A first try on 0.9.8.5, but a first try nonethless. I had the extreme luck to find an invulnerability globe right next to the stairs and then nuked da bastard! I even unloaded all my BFG ammo on JC after that. =P This is also my first victory! =D

Yes, Badass is not so usefull outside of AoMasichism. Also you could try tio maximize Intuition, and realize, what great advantage it gives. I have noting against your other traits, i written that you have not the best traits only because Badass.))
