ARGH! There was no friggin' reason for me to die here! I was about to win! My kill ratio was high enough that I probably could have just homing phased out and I would've had the Quartermaster Angelic badge, but no... I had to get those extra few kills in, didn't I? Grrr... *grumble* Hmph!
At the end, I was cornershooting an Arch-Vile/Baron pack who were standing in a room flooded with water. The water was handy because it prevented the Arch-Viles from reviving the Barons. As far as I could tell, there were two, maybe three, Barons left and both Arch-Viles were dead. I would have loved to pelt them with rockets, but I didn't want to risk destroying the invulnerability in there. My plan, as on some other levels, was to secure the invulnerability, wait out the nuke, (not a long wait in this challenge) ;) and pick it up at the last second. (It's a nice way to "easily" get 100% kills for the level) I had 40 seconds left on the clock; plenty of time to kill the last few Barons and waltz into the room to pick up my prize, but then one of the Barons must have got a weird angle on me or something, because he shot at me, propelling me into a barrel, which blew up and killed me. I can't even remember what my hitpoints were at the time, but I guess they must have been low, and there was no reason for that either; I could have just used one of my small med packs. At this late stage of the game, there was no reason to be so stingy.
Goddamnit! I was so close! I can do this! I swear I can do this! :(

And on a side note, it says I completed 1 generated level, but I'm pretty sure I didn't. The only thing I can think of is the Containment Area, where I didn't activate the ambush, but killed everything else. Does that count as completed? That doesn't seem right.
