About the movement speed -it is especially dangerous when you are exploring new territories. It's not nice to get into a monster's line of sight and immediately get hit. But, say, walking right into a former commando and get a double faceful of plasma ... This _can_ instakill you right from full health easily.

And about GCB - hope you'll ever find it on a Sharpshooter build. This combination utterly rocks anything and everything.
