Quickly retreating behind the first door works fine, it will take you down from 150% to 70% IIRC. Phase device might also help, even if it throws you to Bruisers. Faster boots help like always.

Managed to get a lucky phase behind the Bros! Got massacred by spiders and other dudes at the start point of Deimos 1!
