Viewing the turn counter

Is there an easy way to view the turn counter?

I want to measure the difference in counts between reloading a weapon and switching to another weapon.  The problem is, I don't know an accurate way to do this.  Especially since you only start with one weapon.

Or perhaps somebody who's figured it out can tell us.  :-)

err, i have no idea.. but i can tell you that certain weapons take longer to reload than others. if you've just shot a cacodemon with a double shotgun and it's still alive and close enough to shoot at you, switching weapons is probably a wise thing to do ;)

it would be pritty hard to count turns anyway if you had a counter because i died on the start of lvl 2 and i had gone through like 3000 turns

Save scumming.

The easiest way to see it is to die, And by scumming your saves you can tell how many you had.

Of course it DOES imbalance the "X Brave marines ventured into..." tally
