In the Angel of 100 as a level 10 Scout, I have the following traits:
Finesse (1), Hellrunner (2), Reloader (2), Juggler (1), Dodgemaster (1), Shottyman (1), Shottyhead (1)

The requirements for Gunrunner (Dodgemaster (1) and Juggler (1)) are both met. Gunrunner blocks Son of a bitch, Tough as nails, and Whizkid--none of which I have.

I am unable to put my trait point into Gunrunner.

Also, the difficulty is Medium. (M / A100)

You can only have one Master trait. Not a bug.

I wonder how OP it would be to allow for a second master trait at lvl 25.

Seeing that no one would be able to get the second master trait outside of AAo666 or Ao100/N! ... Probably not too OP.
