Weapon Sounds and the like...

anyone else find the shotgun SFX to be a bit odd or weak?
I imagine its just a tempory stand-in until they can find something better...

I don't remeber what the sounds were like in AVP2 for pc but maybe someone could send them the sound file(s) or whatever.
May have to convert them to the appropriate formats. yaty-yatyah.

I suggested to Kornel once that he could broaden the sound pool (right now it's same sound for all shotguns, same sound for picking up items and reloading etc.) and then made it posible to edit them like music... but he said it's low priority... I just hope he still remembers >>

I believe I pulled the shotgun sound from a modpack for AvP2...I could be wrong as it's been awhile. Couldn't pull the actual files from the game though as then it wouldn't be free, and, well, we don't want someone to bring the axe down on AliensRL.

Granted, I'm still working on different sounds for each weapon so that each gun has it's own unique sound.
