I decided not to use player from previous version, so i can't play UV games yet. Now my feeling is that the game is much more harder than 0985. I like new retaliating AI, it's really more interesting to play now, but sometimes it is cheating, imho. Sometimes monsters that wasn't damaged by me, and that even haven't seen me starts to walk in my directions(often BoHs, HKs and Mancubi). And this can happen on any level. Also Arena seems to be very difficult(when right near your spawn place are standing BoH, Mancubus, Cacodemon, and imp, and something firing from outside of your LOS, only BFG, or LS can save you), even if you enter it well-equipped, i have seen 3 Arenas and haven't survived any.
Backpack powerup is very usefull, and it is well-placed.)) But there is still some bugs with it that i have noticed in Bug Reports.
I don't understand, why supercharge in CC was replaced with weapon mod. It is not so rare item, and it can be used only if you was lucky enough to find usable advanced weapon before finding CC. This happens not so often.
It seems to me that quantity of AVs in Mortuary was increases. I noticed 5-6 AVs on Hard difficulty, and even with BFG it was a problem to clear it. But reward is VERY big(you can see my inventory in mortem). Only one thing - after Mortuary you have tons of good armors, medikits, but have very little amount of ammo. Maybe remove 2 of red armors and place some ammo in all corners?
I don't understand, why a reward for clearing Spider's Lair is a Combat Shotgun. Not BFG, not chainsaw, as before, but Combat Shotgun... Imho clearing it isn't worth the reward.
I like new Hell's Arena.
HoC's BFG door still can't be opened with shotgun.
As conclusion: great work, Kornel, really good addons, but if in previous version amount of good players was quite low, not it will be even smaller. This version is really harder than previous. I don't know what about UV, but i'm afraid that it will be hard too.
