This happened on version 0.9.8.7 Win+Sound. I was playing AoI on Medium, and found a large med-pack on Lev4 (a normal Phobos base level). When I walked over the med-pack and picked it up, I got the following messages:

There is a large med-pack lying here.
You use Ilya Bely immediately.
You feel fully healed.

'Ilya Bely' was the name of my character. I've noticed this only once during the game. Other pickup messages (including other large med-packs) were as they should be, before and after this occurred.

This situation appears similar to the 'You hit You' bug, except this time it's an item that bears the player's name. I don't know if the fact that I was playing AoI is important, but it could be (instant med-pack usage). Has anyone else seen this?

This is the 5th time the "AoI medpack bug" has been reported on this forum ^_^.

Really? I searched for it and couldn't find anything like it. Except maybe a similar bug which caused the game to crash when you pick up a med-pack on AoI.

Could you point me toward the thread that discusses this problem? I'm curious what causes it.
