I found Scout wit Assasinate is also very useful in doing the AoLt as once it gets going the enemy will have a hard time landing a hit on you and you ca one-shot them most of the time.

I went for Destroyer Platinum Badge and played it safe, but couldn't help but do couple of stupid mistakes. I found a nano pack on level 6 and wasted it on a red armor to later make a power armor. I facepalmed hard when I remembered that the firepower is infinitely more important. I found homing phase device which helped me breeze through Anomaly, so I set my sights on Gatekeeper Diamond Badge as well. With Dodgemaster, the Cybie was a routine job, securing the badge.
I made another mistake in Hell's Armory, letting an arachnotron wing me, costing me the Shambler's Head. Fortunately I found another nano pack in the cache, happily slapping it on the plasma rifle, unfortunately there were only two bulk packs in the game, so I couldn't finish the nanomachic plasma and had to supplant the plasma with the minigun a lot. Soon I pulled battered Malek's Armor of a baron's corpse, towards the end I also found the boots to complete the set, so I also visited the Lava Pits, despite not finding any nukes. Also found yet another nano pack towards the end.

This one has been a learning experience for me. I went Valhalla Terminal route as I knew I'll get at least one good handgun there and bots go down quickly against dual wielding guns. I wasn't disappointed, JS .44 served me to the end. At the first technical station I got bulk mod pack to increase it's capacity and I decided to take a multitool because I didn't bother to repair the green armor. Armor is 100% now. AAAAAAAAGGGGHHH That piece of knowledge would have served me well on multiple previous runs, instead of using them just as terminal currency, I could have saved my enviromental armor on the Angel of Berserk run. The next multitool I find, I press shift and wouldn't you know, all the information I needed if I only bothered before. And before that I fond the first heal station and healed myself. Then it dawned to me, that the better use would be to increase my health like in Angel of Vampirism. Another facepalm moment. Fortunately you can pick the hand grenades, EMP grenades were a big help on Io.

At Tyre outpost I had a bit of dilemma about which handgun to replace with 7,62 Sidearm. In the end I dropped 9 mm for which I had plenty ammo, I reckoned I could go through with existing .44 stocks until getting to ammo terminal on Beyond without Scavanger and 7,62 is plentiful on later levels (at least on easy and medium). As Gun Kata gets really powerful at later levels it was mostly straightforward slaughter, except a hairy moment on Beyond 2 when I was attacked by five enemies from opposite directions. No CRI phase kit, no medkits, I actually had to stop and think how to get out of that one. I used invisibility to escape to better position, where I ran into reaver. Thankfully GK is really brutal in such situation, got into cover to reload and finished off the reminder. Summoner was but a formality, I just ran towards him and he went dowm.

I reckon the Cursed status prevents any use of active abilities, as when I did it with Scout I couldn't use his teleport attack. Demon sword is absolutely awesome, but can't be used for Tehnician dual wielding master trait.

I always considered that loss of Hellruner and Finesse in Army of Darkness is necessary to not make it too OP.

So I'm not really that good at Jupiter Hell or DRL, but it's fun for me. So after finishing on medium I tried hard and after a few tries I could confirmed what i suspected before, that Scout with Gun Kata is the most effective character at the moment. At least the way I play. And honestly, Scout has the most Master Traits I find fun to play with.
