I'm not sure if it should allow you to constantly gain bonus
by juggling.

Constantly swapping weapons just to get the bonus would get very annoying very fast.

Maybe it should only work with certain/singleshot weapons,
and not be possible after reloading. Dunno.

Juggler 2 should give a reduction in inventory swapping time.

Pretty sure Rank 1 already does. When at least, if you hit the corresponding number for the weapon (8 = plasma rifle) and it's in your inventory, the message that appears is "You instantly swap your weapon."

Juggler-2(even if it should exist)
should give a reduction in "inventory" swapping time.
- to switch uniques and specific weapons.

Or, maybe, it could 1/2 time of medkit usage.

Or...in addition, juggler could give +10% speed when throwing anything,and second level adds 1-2 spaces of range(for throwing)...

Anyways...it's ok, but second level... a bit too much...or a bit of useless...
