Once used, it will fuse any object from your inventory to you, making you take on the characteristics of the said object. For example, fusing medpacks to you give small regeneration, fusing phase devices give you random teleportitis (within 5 radius), fusing homing phase devices give you teleportitis (within 5 radius, always towards the stairs), fusing any of the ammo will cause you to regen that ammo if you have the suitable weapon equipped, fusing a mod "mods" your intrinsic in a random way (e.g. agility mod can either increase your accuracy or your speed, bulk to your health or to your melee damage, technical to your firing rate or to your knockback resistance, power to your overall attack or to overall defense), fusing weapons allows you to do bonus damage of the weapon damage type but at a fifth of what the damage roll is (e.g. fused shotgun gives you bonus of shrapnel damage (8d3)/5 without using traits, but no spread effect), fusing armour gives you half the resistances and one free TaN equivalent, fusing skulls grants you random procs of the effects of the skull.
Fusing the Object of Attachment to yourself or if you already used the Object of Attachment instakills you.
