Michael, while still having one nice and shiny crossbow bolt in his chest, tried to say something. Although, not very much, except for some blood streams, erupted from his mouth.

"O-okay."  Sam attempts to lift Michael and place him on top of his own mule, chest up for obvious reasons.

Overwhelmed with a sense of charity, and with the wisdom that it would be beneficial to Sho if everyone were to stay alive and mobile, Sho attempts to help Sam lift Michael onto Sam's mule.

Malek Deneith:
The two non-pint sized members of the party set on the task of carrying their fallen comrade to the mule. As you pick Michael up (well as Sho Lee picks Michael up, as Sam's effort is barely helping) you notice that the quarrel actually gone all the way through and the pointy end can be seen coming from the fighter's back. It takes you a while to move him to the closest mule, and as you struggle along you can see he stopped moaning in pain near the end, though all he could do was look around in confusion. As you strap him down to the mule using Sam's rope, Michael passes out.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)The whoel ordeal took about 7 rounds - 1 round to get there and pick him up, five to carry him, one to tie him down. During that time Michael snapped out of incapacitation, spent two rounds in confusion (lucky for you he didn't roll anything nasty during that) and finally passed out on round 6. Starting round 7 and every round thereafter Michael needs to make a Constitution check. Each failure means he looses 1 point of Constitution (so he needs to make one such check already).
