Slightly inspired by Klear's posts
here, two items sprang to my mind:
Beer six-packA consumable, that grants 10% resists all, +1 melee damage and -1 overall accuracy. Consume time 1.0s (hey, DoomGuy can drink, right), effect lasts for 60s (the DoomGuy can sober up as fast).
Effects from multiple beers stack, and with six beers in blood at once, you are given a full berserk effect, except for -10 accuracy.
Six-pack means you can use one ot these items six times before you finally drink it all.
Cigarette packAgain a consumable, that takes 120s to use, and it's use is interrupted and lost if the player takes damage. However, you rest when you smoke, so a fully smoked cigarette recovers your fatigue from tired to cautious.
A cigarette pack has twenty uses (a standard size of a cigarette pack).
